We collect information you provide directly: email address and name when you create an account, payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details), and search queries you submit for domain name generation.

We automatically collect: IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention, browser type and device information, pages visited and actions taken on the Service, and cookies for session management and preferences (including theme selection).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process domain registrations and payments, generate AI-powered domain suggestions and brand research, enforce rate limits and prevent abuse, send transactional emails related to your purchases, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share information with: Stripe for payment processing, domain registrar partners for domain registration (as required by ICANN), AI service providers (OpenAI) for generating domain suggestions and brand research, and analytics providers to understand Service usage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Search history and generated results are retained to improve the Service. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and preference cookies to remember your settings (such as light/dark theme). We use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
