1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kiiip (“the Service”), operated by Kiiip (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kiiip provides AI-powered domain name discovery, domain registration, and brand research services including competitor analysis, target audience briefs, SEO meta tags, keyword research, and design direction. Domain registration is facilitated through third-party registrar partners.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the domain registration fee and any selected service tier. Domain registrations are non-refundable as they are processed immediately through global registrars upon purchase. If you are unsatisfied with brand research deliverables, contact us at hi@kiiip.com within 30 days for resolution.

5. Domain Registration

Upon successful payment, domain registration is initiated immediately through our registrar partners. You are the registrant and owner of the domain. Domain registration is subject to the registrar's terms and ICANN policies. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any domain name prior to completed registration.

6. AI-Generated Content

Domain name suggestions and brand research deliverables are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content is provided “as is” and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that suggested domain names do not infringe on existing trademarks.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls, using automated tools to scrape or harvest data, registering domains for the purpose of cybersquatting, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiiip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
